This is a fun, exciting and challenging indoor fitness
boot camp. Our trainers build a new 10 station circuit every day utilizing Trx Suspension Training, free-weights, bosus, punching bags, kettlebells, aglity drills and dozens of other innovative techniques to keep you challenged and engaged. Work at your own pace on each station for one minute, take a 30 sec break and switch to the next station. We complete the circuit 3 times in an hour long class. This is a nice, small yoga class that meets at noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It's a perfect way to de-stress in the middle of the day.
It is a Vinyasa-Flow style class which incorporates strengthening and stretching poses with relaxing breathwork.
